Tzatziki Traditional Greek yogurt, cucumber, dill, and roasted garlic spread.

Fiery Feta Roasted red peppers, whipped with Feta cheese and plenty of spice!

Kalamata Olive Spread- Kalamata, green, and black olives mixed with Greek olive oil.

Skordalia- Potatoes whipped with olive oil, garlic, and a touch of vinegar, served cold.

Melitzanosalata- Fire-roasted eggplant married with garlic, shallots, and herbs.

Spicy Avocado Dip- Fresh avocados blended with our famous Greek yogurt, jalapenos, garlic, fresh lemon juice and olive oil.

Dip Sampler*- If you prefer a sampler platter of three of our dips, as opposed to the one, an additional charge of $2.00 per guest will be added.



Please choose 2 of the following menu items, to be served family style as a second course.

Horiatiki/Traditional Greek Village Salad- Tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, and red onions, tossed in a light dressing of Greek herbs, olive oil, and red wine vinegar, topped with Kalamata olives and Feta cheese.

Greek Caesar- Hearts of romaine, lightly coated with Greek olive oil mixed with Feta cheese, topped with our Kalamata spread and sprinkled croutons.

Greek Beet Salad- Slow roasted red and yellow beet salad served with baby spinach, sprinkled with walnut crumbles, Feta cheese, fresh oregano and Greek olive oil. Served with our potato and garlic spread.

Greek Green Salad- Chopped Romaine lettuce, spinach, and dill, tossed with red onions in Greek olive oil and red wine vinegar, then topped with diced tomatoes  and crumbled Feta cheese.



Please choose 2 of the following items for your guests’ entrée options, served individually.

Moussaka- Traditional Greek Casserole made of layered eggplant, potato, and herb-spiced ground beef and lamb, seasoned with shallot, garlic, and fresh thyme, and finished with a béchamel sauce.
Opa! Flatbreads are personal-sized pizzas/flatbreads served with our hand-rolled, grilled flatbread as the foundation for these Grecian versions of an Italian favorite.

GRECO ROMAN FLATBREAD The Opa! version of bruschetta: grilled homemade pita bread topped with our famous tzatziki, heirloom tomato, garlic and basil mix, finished with a balsamic aioli and crumbled feta cheese.

RUSTIC ROASTED VEGGIE FLATBREAD Topped with our fresh mint & basil pesto sauce, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, roasted sliced zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, mushrooms, grilled onions and our homemade oven roasted garlic cloves. Finished with our extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.

GARDEN OF EDEN FLATBREAD Smothered with fresh mint basil pesto, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, prosciutto di parma, fresh black figs, arugula topped with a balsamic drizzle.

THE GREEK GOD FLATBREAD Topped with our freshly made marinara, orange zest infused Greek sausage, grilled sweet onions and mushrooms.

Souvlakia are 3 ounces of any chosen protein or vegetable skewered on a 6” kebab, finished with garlic, oregano, Greek olive oil, and lemon juice dressing. These are smaller versions of our 4 ounce, entrée sized 10” kebabs.

Chicken Souvlakia- Tender chunks of marinated, grilled, white-meat chicken breast.

Vegetable Souvlakia- Grilled zucchini, onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms.

Pork Souvlakia- Pieces of fresh cut pork tenderloin.

Beef Souvlakia- Freshly-butchered, marinated, grilled filet mignon cubes.

Lamb Souvlakia*- Tender pieces of juicy lamb loin, with mixed and alternating vegetables.

Wild Rice Pilaf- Wild rice and brown rice sautéed with onions, bell peppers, carrots, celery and fennel.

Opa! Fries- Freshly sliced potatoes topped with crumbled Greek Feta cheese and drizzled with lemon juice, oregano, olive oil, and garlic.  Served with our secret recipe Opa! sauce.

Fiery Feta Mac & Cheese- Fiery Feta dip, mozzarella, and kasseri cheeses mixed with elbow macaroni, & grilled corn.  Topped with bread crumbs and broiled in the oven.

Spinach & Garlic Mashed Potatoes- Silky, whipped Yukon Gold potatoes, folded with freshly sautéed spinach and plenty of garlic, butter, and cream.

Grilled Broccoli- Freshly blanched broccoli crowns, grilled, and drizzled with a lemon, and garlic olive oil.

Mizithra Corn- Grilled corn, sliced off the cob, then sautéed in brown butter and finished with mizithra, a salty, Greek, parmesan-like cheese.

BAKLAVA The most famous Greek pastry! Layers of phyllo dough, walnuts, cinnamon, sugar and Greek honey. Served with vanilla ice cream.

BOUGATSA Layers of phyllo dough folded around a mixture of sautéed green apples whipped with ricotta cheese, cream cheese, cinnamon and sugar. Drizzled with raspberry and caramel sauces.

FRUIT SOUVLAKI Skewers of seasonal fresh fruit topped with raspberry and caramel sauce, finished with Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread).

GREEK YOGURT PARFAIT Traditional Greek yogurt, topped with fresh fruit, drizzled with honey and sprinkled with cinnamon walnuts.

If you choose to provide your own dessert, $3.00/guest will be added as a dessert serving / cake cutting fee, which includes coffee & hot tea.
